Air Stewards mainly work on long haul flights where your primary role is to create a safe, comfortable and positive environment for our customers and colleagues. This is done in close collaboration with the Air Purser, who is the cabin supervisor onboard. You will have the responsibility of organisíng and supervising the work in the galley and briefing your colleagues on the overall workflow for the service.
On short haul flights, the Air Stewards role is the same as the Air Hostess/Host.
You have to be very interested in food and wine. In addition, we expect that you are loyal, well-informed and updated with SAS service concepts. You must be able to communicate this information to your colleagues in a clear, considerate and understandable way.
