Offer to buy shares in Widerøe

The shares, which are involved in the agreement, correspond to approximately 33,1% of the shares in Widerøe. SAS owns 63,3% of the shares in Widerøe and together with the acquired shares SAS’ total stake is toapproximately 96,4%.
As a result, SAS offered the remaining minority owners, representing approximately 3,6% of the shares in Widerøe, to sell their shares to SAS for the same price as agreed with the major minority holders. The details of the offer is available in a prospectus published on 4 June 2002.
