SAS will organise the course which you will go through after recruitment.
The course takes place at Copenhagen Airport and SAS will incur the training costs.
The training is both practical and theoretical and will last three and half weeks consisting of theoretical and practical exercises followed by approximately one month of training flights. You will be paid for the training flights, however the initial three and a half week of school is unpaid. The course includes emergency procedures, handling of all necessary safety equipment onboard and first aid. You will also be trained in the procedures of cabin and meal preparation and other passenger services. As a member of the Cabin Crew, you must undergo an annual so-called refresher course. You will revise all relevant standard and aircraft-specific procedures, emergency procedures, first aid, etc.
