SAS share today traded exclusive of right to participate in the rights issue

As previously announced, the Annual General Meeting of SAS AB approved on 7 April 2010 the Board of Directors’ resolution on a rights issue of up to 7,402,500,000 shares at a subscription price of SEK 0.67 per share. Each share held on the record date 12 April 2010 will entitle the holder to subscribe for 3 new shares. From and including 8 April 2010 the SAS share is traded exclusive of the right to participate in the rights issue.
