One share has one vote. Shareholders are entitled to submit items to the agenda, meet, speak and vote at the Shareholder’s Meetings.
At the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting the shareholders exercise their voting rights to decide on the annual report, dividend, the composition of the Board of Directors, the election of auditors, remuneration for Board members and auditors as well as on other key matters, in accordance with Swedish company legislation and SAS AB’s Articles of Association. The Shareholders’ Meetings take place in Stockholm, Solna or Sigtuna.
The Board may allow the shareholders to vote by post prior to a certain Shareholders’ Meeting.
