SAS issues MSEK 1,500 unsecured bond

SAS AB has issued a senior unsecured bond on the Nordic capital market. The bond amounts to MSEK 1,500, pays a fixed coupon of 5.375% and has a tenor of 5 years with a final maturity on 24 November 2022.
In June 2018, SAS completed a tap issue of MSEK 750. The amended terms and conditions and restatement agreement following this transaction are available to download below.
