SAS Group announces record load factor for July

•SAS Group load factor for July was 74,1% up 2,4 p.u. vs 2004, which is the best ever for the SAS Group.
•Total passenger traffic (RPK) increased by 5,2% in July 2005 vs 2004.
•The SAS Group transported 2,8 million passengers in July 2005, an increase of 6,4%.
•Scandinavian Airlines Businesses load factor in July was 76,9% up 3,0 p.u. vs last year.

Group market trends and yield development
Group total traffic volumes (RPK) developed well in July with an increase of 5,2%. Capacity (ASK) increased by 1,8% resulting in a load factor of 74,1% on the Group level, up 2,4 p.u. vs last year.
Yield for Scandinavian Airlines in June 2005 was up by 3,7% vs. 2004 positively affected by fuel charges. Yields for July will be reported next month, but early indications show yields approximately the same level as last year or slightly better.
