SAS Group's sale of it's holding in SAS Flight Academy to STAR Capital Partners closed

SAS Group announced on February 12, 2007 that an agreement has been entered to sell all of it’s shares in Flight Academy AB to STAR Capital Partners.
The transaction has on February 20, 2007 been closed as planned. The shares were sold for a total amount of MSEK 750. The capital gain amounts to approximately MSEK 380. The transaction amount and positive effect on net debt for the SAS Group amount to MSEK 750.
SAS has entered into a service agreement with Flight Academy regarding continued aviation training.
