SAS koncernen avyttrar sitt kvarvarande innehav i SAS Component

År 2005 avyttrade SAS 67 % av sitt innehav i SAS Component, som nu bytt namn till ST Aerospace Solutions (Europe) A/S, till Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd (ST Aerospace), ett dotterbolag till Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd.
SAS har nu valt att avyttra sitt kvarvarande innehav i SAS Component till ST Aerospace för totalt 28,3 miljoner EURO. Transaktionen har genomförts i enlighet med tidigare ingående avtal.
