SAS välkomnar EU-kommissionens beslut att inleda en formell utredning till följd av Tribunalens dom den 10 maj 2023. Det är viktig att nå en robust lösning på det problem som Tribunalen identifierat så snart som möjligt.SAS kommer att fortsätta att stödja svenska och danska staten samt EU-kommissionen i denna process.
