Cyberattack on Miljödata – SAS data affected
September 17, 2025 08:16
Impact on SAS:
SAS used Adato until June 2021. Although data was supposed to be deleted, two old reports were leaked, affecting current and former employees. Exposed data includes personal ID numbers, contact details, and in some cases, sick leave information.
Recommended actions:
Be extra vigilant for phishing attempts, scam calls, or unusual contact as the leaked data could be used to perform social engineering attacks. Monitor for signs of identity theft or misuse of personal data.
