Operations brings together a wide range of teams responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering the daily airline operation. From Ground Handling and Line Maintenance to Operations Control, Crew Planning and our global station network, these functions work around the clock to keep the airline moving.

While each team has its own area of expertise, success depends on close collaboration. Whether responding to changing weather conditions, coordinating aircraft and crew, or supporting our airport operations, colleagues work together across functions to solve challenges in real time.
