The SAS Group completes transaction in respect of the sale of its 47.2% holding in airBaltic

Further to the press release on December 18, 2008, announcing the agreement to sell SAS Group’s 47.2% holding in airBaltic to the management of airBaltic, the transaction has been completed and payment in respect of the shares has been received in accordance with the announced terms.
SAS discloses this information pursuant to the Swedish Securities Market Act and/or the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act. The information was provided for publication on January 30, 2009, at 3:20 p.m CET.
