Management change at Spanair

Lars Nygaard, CEO of the SAS Group subsidiary Spanair, has requested to leave his position with immediate effect to assume a new position outside the SAS Group.
Current CFO, Marcus Hedblom, will take over as CEO.
Spanair is Spain’s second-largest airline, with 8.3 million passengers and revenues of approximately SEK 11 billion (2006).
