SAS koncernens försäljning av aktieinnehavet i Flight Academy slutförd

SAS koncernen meddelade den 12 februari 2007 att ett avtal slutits om att sälja samtliga aktier i Flight Academy till STAR Capital Partners.
Transaktionen har per den 20 februari 2007 slutförts som planerat. Aktierna såldes till ett totalpris på 750 MSEK. Realisationsvinsten uppgår till 380 MSEK och ger en positiv effekt på kassalikviditet och nettoskuld på 750 MSEK.
SAS koncernen kommer att ha ett avtal om fortsatt flygträning med Flight Academy i enlighet med gällande avtal.
