SAS koncernen avyttrar sitt innehav i AeBal till Proturin

Som en del i SAS Koncernens strategi har SAS koncernen avyttrat sitt totala innehav i AeBal S.A. (“AeBal”), till Proturin S.L, ett företag verksamt i Spanien. AeBal, med bas i Palma de Mallorca, opererade för Spanair med fem Boeing 717 och 160 anställda. AeBal S.A. har sedan tredje kvartalet 2008 rapporterats som verksamhet under försäljning inom SAS koncernen. Den totala reaförlusten uppgår för SAS koncernen till 200 MSEK.
