At a Board meeting of SAS AB, the November 2019-October 2020 Annual and Sustainability Report for the SAS Group and its parent company SAS AB was presented and approved.
The Annual Report is now available on the internet, www.sasgroup.net under Investor Relations.
The Board of Directors proposes to the 2021 AGM that no dividends be paid to holders of SAS AB’s common shares for fiscal year 2020. Apart from this, the report does not contain any new substantial information which has not already been disclosed in SAS’s year-end report or via separate press releases.
