Inför avyttringen ökar SAS sin ägarandel i Spanair till 100%

SAS koncernen har kommit överens med Spanairs minoritetsägare, Teinver, att öka SAS ägarandel i Spanair från 94,9% till 100%.
Transaktionen kommer att genomföras idag, 26 juni 2007.
SAS koncernen presenterade den 13 juni sina intentioner att avyttra Spanair där dagens transaktion ska ses som ett förberedande steg.
