SAS Board to reduce its Directors’ fees

As a feature of the ongoing savings programs in the SAS Group, the Group’s Board of Directors has decided to reduce its Directors’ fees by 25 percent, with retroactive effect as of September 1, 2009.
This reduction will generate a total saving of approximately SEK 1 M on an annual basis.
