Further information regarding the processing of SAS preference share dividends

As SAS announced on Wednesday 9 May 2018, the payment of preference share dividends has been delayed and has been paid today 15 May 2018 instead of 9 May 2018.
Pursuant to the resolution by SAS Annual General Meeting 2018, holders of preference shares per 4 May 2018 shall be entitled to dividends. In accordance with this, all nominees have been instructed by SAS to, where possible, make re-bookings of payments to holders of preference shares per the original record date 4 May 2018.
