Information regarding delayed payment of preference share dividends

Due to an administrative error by SAS discovered today, the payment of preference share dividends in May will be made later than earlier communicated. Payment of dividends to holders of preference shares is now expected to be made through Euroclear Sweden on Tuesday 15 May 2018. As a result, the record date for dividends is now 9 May 2018 (instead of 4 May 2018). SAS regrets this unfortunate event.
